One app two sides

Post the work. Find the job.

Property owners post the lawn and snow work they need done. Contractors see those jobs and take the ones that fit. Both sides work from the same details.

App screens show sample data.

  3. 03
    Contractors bid, you accept

Contractors serving your area see the post and bid. You accept the one you want, and the job lands in their My Jobs with everything attached.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

What does it cost to post a job?
You set the price for the work. A small service fee is added at checkout, the same way other on-demand apps do it.
What does a contractor pay?
A small percentage of each completed job. You see the price on every post before you bid.
How do payments work?
Everything runs in the app through Stripe. Owners pay when they book. Contractors connect a Stripe account to get paid.
When does a contractor get paid?
When the job is marked complete, the money lands in your wallet. Withdraw on demand for a small fee, or wait for the free scheduled payout.
Who shows up at my house?
A contractor you chose. You see the bids and accept the one you want, and every contractor submits proof of insurance before taking jobs.
What if the contractor does not show up?
You are not charged. Post the job again, or reach out. There is a real person on the other end.
What if nobody takes my job?
Contractor schedules change by the hour. If no one bids before the timer runs out, we notify you so you can repost when crews free up.
Where does Click N Clear work?
Built in Buffalo. Every contractor sets their own service area, so coverage grows with every crew that joins.
